Anne Shilton
Anne has over 10 years experience as an Executive Coach, Coach Supervisor and Organisational Development Consultant.
She has particular expertise in leadership development, raising individual performance, communication, marketing and personal branding. She has worked with many senior executives and top teams in both large and small organisations on coaching and change management programmes with a specific focus on developing 21st century wmotionally intelligent leaders
In recent years, Anne has worked with organisations and individuals to help them identify their purpose, values, vision and help them build the skills and courage to be authentic, credible and inspirational leaders. She has encouraged them to empower their staff to “live” the values to produce healthy and profitable organisations.

Lindsay Wittenberg
Lindsay is a trained and qualified Executive Coach and Career Coach, working with executives and managers. She originally trained in personnel management and career counselling, and her career history spans coaching, executive career management, business development, consultancy, training, and leadership of a human rights pressure group. Having lived and worked in France and Luxembourg (the latter in the context of the European institutions), she is used to multicultural contexts and speaks fluent French. She is a Trustee of a national film festival.
Her four passions are: facilitating positive personal change; learning; connecting; and quality service.
Her personal USP is in facilitating clients to confront and deal with the underlying blockages that hinder them from achieving what they are really capable of - turning apparent impossibility into possibility.
